Support your bones and promote heart health with our D3 + K2 (MK7) spray. Help promote calcium absorption and support vitamin levels with this easy-to-take vegan spray.

SUGGESTED USE

Shake well before use. Once a day, take it directly by mouth. Use the following dosage table to evaluate the dose or the dose recommended by the doctor or health care professional:

• Babies (6 to 12 months): up to 4 sprays (vitamin D3: 10 mcg ; vitamin K2 MK7: 40 mcg)
• Children (1-13 years): Up to 6 sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg ; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)
• Adults (14+ years): Up to 8 sprays (Vitamin D3: 20 mcg ; Vitamin K2 MK7: 80 mcg)
• Pregnant/Lactating: Up to 6 sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg ; Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)

Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or suffocation.
