RECIPE: Antioxidant Almond Smoothie
Antioxidant smoothie with almonds
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup quartered strawberry
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup of blackberry
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons of honey
1 1/2 cups condensed almond milk
Stevia
PROCEDURE:
- In the glass of a blender, add the strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, lemon juice, condensed milk of almond origin, honey and stevia to taste. Blend all the ingredients until well integrated.
- Serve the smoothie in a glass and decorate it with blackberries and raspberries cut in half.
