Instructions
- For the best tasting cup of tea, heat the water to 200°
- Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, then discard the tea bag or leaves.
- Add the tea to a blender with the cream, salt, MCT oil, and stevia if desired. Blend for 20 seconds or until frothy and consume hot.

- You can use any bagged black tea or 4 grams of loose tea.
